How to book?
Book a holiday from the comfort of your own home in just a few steps! Try the TourISTRA booking system.
1. Choose the accommodation that best suits your needs
If you still haven’t decided which accommodation suits you, browse our accommodation list with detailed descriptions, prices, and discounts. Use the search engine on our website to search by type of accommodation, number of guests, category, availability, or multiple search criteria. After choosing the accommodation you wish to stay in and entering the necessary information, availability in your requested time frame and the total price will be displayed.
2. Fill out the form
Please enter all important information, the number of adults and children (for potential discounts), name, surname, and date of birth. If the accommodation is available, the system will calculate a total price with all discounts and extra charges. Depending on availability, you can book accommodation immediately online or after confirmation from our operator (within 24h). When calculating the price, the system will inform you whether you can book immediately or whether you must wait for operator confirmation.
3. Pay for accommodation After booking online, the payment page will open. Your booking becomes valid upon payment. If operator confirmation is needed, you will receive confirmation of availability within 24h. After confirmation, we will send you a bill with all necessary information and payment methods. If you require additional information, feel free to contact us via e-mail, telephone, or fax. The bill will include all booking data and a deposit request in the amount of 30% of the total amount. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer or credit card. The remainder must be paid within the 10 days prior to arrival, and can also be paid by bank transfer or credit card. After payment, we will send you a voucher as proof of reservation. You can also pay the remainder on the day you arrive at the TourISTRA agency office in Katoro.
4. Wait for voucher
In order to receive the keys to your accommodation, you need a valid TourISTRA voucher, which you must present at the reception desk. We will send you the voucher via e-mail as soon as you have settled the bill in full.
