Thank you for your reservation. In order to make it easier for you to find our office and your apartment, we have prepared the following instructions.
After entering Umag, please follow the signs towards Savudrija. Katoro Resort is located between Stella Maris Resort (ATP Tennis Centre) and Savudrija.
You are obliged to check in at our office at Tržni centar Katoro 48. You can park in front of the reception area of Polynesia Resort, or turn into the entrance for the Sol Garden Istra, Sol Aurora, and Melia Coral hotels and then head towards the shopping centre. You will see the sign for our agency in the middle of the shopping centre.
You must check in between 16:00 and 20:00 on the day of arrival. If you are late or will be arriving at a different time, please call us and let us know.
