SUZY Apartments House features three family apartment, and the best part about it is that it’s close to everything - the beach, a tourist village, shops, the exchange office, cafés, restaurants, a clinic… and our agency. You are sure to find plenty to do, and our employees are always ready to help out with useful advice. You can rest your eyes on the landscaped greenery surrounding the house, as well as the beautiful view of the village of Katoro. Guests are also provided with a private parking space.
Area description
Umag in Istria is the first city you will reach when approaching Istria from western Europe. Umag conquers with its allure, diversity and richness of the tourist offer. Umag is a town of around 13,000 inhabitants which with about 45 km of the coastline and interesting hinterland integrates special features of the whole region and might be the best introduction into a different experience of the Mediterranean.

This apartment has a double bed, and is ideal for couples travelling alone. The apartment is fully appointed, but what makes it truly special is the intimate, private terrace, perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine. Although all of the tourist attractions are close by, the satellite TV and internet connection will keep you entertained on nights in.

Apartment SUZY 2
Description
This newly furnished apartment is located in the touristic resort Katoro, about 3km from downtown Umag in direction Savudrija and 250m from the beach. The apartment has a bedroom with french bed and a wardrobe. The kitchen and the living room are located in a single room. The sofa bed in the living room can serve for 2 persons. Our apartment boasts a TV SAT, Air conditioner, microwave oven, Wi-Fi and a dishwasher. The bathroom and the WC are located in a single room with a window and a ventilation system. The entrance is linked with a terrace which has a table, chairs and a a hammock.

If you get bored of the nearby beach, you can always soak in the sun and fresh air on your own terrace, where you can also listen to the tennis matches of the tournament live from the nearby tennis courts.
